機(jī)床用途：該機(jī)床是加工圓柱形深孔零件的專用機(jī)床，適用于圓柱形深孔工件的鏜削加工，鏜孔時(shí)采用授油器供油 ，通過(guò)切削區(qū)，把切屑由排向床頭的排屑斗 。
機(jī)床采用PLC控制，授油器和進(jìn)給拖板往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)均采用伺服電機(jī)控制，傳動(dòng)采用居兩導(dǎo)軌中部的齒條傳動(dòng)，保證了運(yùn)動(dòng)中進(jìn)給傳動(dòng)的精度和剛性的要求。床體兩側(cè)安裝防護(hù)，并采用地上油箱結(jié)構(gòu)，改善了機(jī)床環(huán)境。機(jī)床可配兩組合自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)漲縮高效刀具，大大提高了機(jī)床加工效率。

The usage of the machine,the machine is special equipment for machining deep cylindrical hole of workpieces.It suitable for boring the cylindrical workpiece.When boring the hole,the oil is supply from the guide carriage,and take the chips from the cutting area to the equipment of chip conveying on the headstock.
